Tobias Schröder

COO & Member of the Board

Tobias is an expert in asset and wealth management with more than ten years of experience. From 2007 to 2013 he held different positions in the Asset & Wealth Management division of Deutsche Bank. In this time he dealt with wealth transmission across the generations and was responsible for advising on wealth management for young entrepreneurs.  

Between 2013 and 2017 he was a private asset manager at Hartz, Regehr & Partner and successfully provided as part of the wider management advisory services to high net worth individuals and family offices. Fascinated by the huge potential of Blockchain Technologies and the Crypto Currency Market, he decided to join Krypto AG and built up the company to become a reliable infrastructure partner in this field.“


Adrian Graf

Managing Director - Krypto Management Consulting KMC GmbH; Advisor - Krypto AG

Adrian did his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Law at European Business School (EBS) with a focus on Finance and a Master of Science at Leipzig Graduate School of Management and UC Berkeley. He began his career in the M&A Division of Citigroup. After having left Investment Banking Adrian joined the startup sector  and has founded eight companies competing in various Industries.

After his last Exit in 2016, Adrian began to work in the Crypto industry and advised in the founding of Krypto AG and founded KMC. With KMC Adrian and his team are advising companies in conducting ICOs, initiating investment vehicles and funds with focus on crypto currencies and are supplying token research to financial institutions.


Ali Izhar Ahmed

CEO & Member of the Board

Ali brings a dynamic mix of of deal-making, company building and setting up high-performance teams with over nine years of international experience across startups and banking. In his last role as the COO , he built up MoneyMap - a  fintech venture incubated by the largest European fintech company builder, Finleap. Prior to this, he held management roles at Delivery Hero AG as Director of Operations & Intelligence and at Carmudi (a Rocket Internet venture), where he was responsible for 18 emerging markets globally. Starting at Citibank, Ali spent over 4 years as a private banker managing ultra high-net worth clients before obtaining  his MBA degree.

One to always keep an eye on disruptive technologies, Ali had been following the development of Blockchain for while. Recognizing the real impact it can have on society at large, he stepped into the industry as CEO for Krypto AG with the mission to scale and grow the entire group contributing to the overall championing of the ecosystem. Originally from Pakistan, Ali lived across several countries before finally adopting Berlin as his home.  


Pravin Rasalingam

Portfolio Manager

Pravin is the Portfolio Manager and ICO Analyst. He heads the overall development of the firm’s Crypto Portfolio, including a hands-on approach to projects at the seed stage. He spent 10 years trading energy derivatives, specialising in ICE Brent Oil and ICE Gasoil.  Pravin has been in the Crypto space since 2014 and has invested in more than 100+ token Projects, ranging from angel investing to investing post-ICO stage. Pravin studied Physics at King’s College London and holds a Masters in Plasma and X-ray Physics. In 2008 he attained his Investment Management Certification.


Benjamin Oberhof

Managing Director - KryptoEducation KEG GmbH; blockchain-anarchist

Benjamin first heard about Bitcoin in 2011 in Hamburg when a professor mentioned It during one of the first lectures of his Information Engineering degree. Soon he became thrilled by sheer amount of possibilities exploring public-key cryptography, the onion routing and other P2P-Networks. Following Steve Jobs as his role model, he dropped out of University but has attended courses on a broad range of topics from law and tech to dance and agriculture in Berlin, Hamburg, Oslo and at New Mexico State. Believing in BTC as new worldwide currency he paid 1,8 BTC for a cable from China once and mined with USB-ASICs driven by his passionate curiosity and eager willingness to learn. In 2016 he completed an apprenticeship as a retail tradesman in a record breaking 15 month at an organic farm just outside Hamburg.

He joined the Krypto AG in 2017 as an advisor and is currently the MD for the KryptoEducation KEG GmbH. He believes that the new technology can help achieve a worldwide tokenized basic income model and define information and internet access as a human right.


Ken Nozaki

Chief Visionary Officer

Ken is the CVO and a true HODLER at heart. He is a computer scientist, serial entrepreneur and investor. After exiting his 4th startup in 2008 he stumbled across a message on a cryptography mailing list that was  forwarded to him. He went on to learn as much as he could find out about the young project Bitcoin and shortly after became convinced that he was onto something big.

By 2013 he was helping others mine Bitcoins leveraging his technical grasp and his skills to scale operations. Soon he found himself surrounded by a broad network of like minded people and he has been contributing to the ecosystem ever since.He is a partner in a well respected Cryptocurrency-Association from Singapore and brings an unbeatable network coupled with a serial founder’s spirit to the table. He also happens to be the star goalie of our football team.

Ahmet Yalcin

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

A. Yalçin studied Computer Sciences in Germany and accomplished several executive business educations e.g., at INSEAD, Harvard Business School and Stanford University. He has been a PhD cand. in Cognitive Neuroscience at  Humboldt University of Berlin and Bernstein Center for Computational Neuroscience.

For most of his career, A. Yalçin was with world largest consulting company, Accenture, as Managing Partner & Country Managing Director. Overall, he brings 25 year experience in Management and Strategy Consulting, Information Technology, Mergers and Acquisitions in various industries and for several “Fortune500”companies globally.

A. Yalçin has been an active player also in Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship scene with investments both in the U.S. and Europe. Currently, he is He is the Trustee Board Member at Helix Foundation ( and an active strategic investor at Helix Cognitive Computing (


Wanja S. Oberhof

Following his passion for great ideas, creative investment and like-minded people, Wanja has launched and invested in more than 30 companies since he was 15 years old.

From renewable energies to event management to AI bots, he has proven his versatility as an entrepreneur again and again. As founder and CEO of WAOW – as well as newscase, BridgeMaker and Krypto AG, and being a source of inspiration for Lumaland – he is a unique powerhouse of creative entrepreneurial solutions led by exceptional people and is set on achieving his goal of changing the world for the better through entrepreneurship.


Johannes Penzkofer

Jo Penzkofer is an international business leader with more then 25 years of professional experience. For most of his career, Jo was Managing Director of stock listed or high ventured IT-companies, such as Sequent Computer Systems, Hyperwave and Macro4.

Since 2008 he built his own group of companies as an entrepreneur and investor within consulting, coaching and e-commerce. While forming a joint venture with the market leader in technical consulting in Russia (GCE Group Sankt Petersburg), he successfully established GCE as Energy Efficiency consultants for heavy industry in emerging countries such as Poland and Turkey and developed countries like Germany and Spain.
